How long is EARROW company in outboards industry? 

Our Earrow outboards factory started from 2012, for past two years, we mainly focus on product R&D and product endurable testing; We also have separate production line for  producing most die casting & plastic parts for outboards.

Our main markets are distributed in some Southeast Asia& South American, Africa and Australia market;

How long you will test each engine before packing and shipment? 

Half hour for testing before packaging. 

The spare parts was made by yourself or purchased? 

Some key parts are purchased from Taiwan and Japan, 

all other plastic & aluminum parts (such as bottom cover, lower unit case, propeller, crankcase etc. are made by our own plant,assure our spare parts quality control and delivery time. 

How about Warranty?

1 year warranty for commercial use;

We supply 2% free wearing spare parts to distributor, to support their after sale service.
